Returns, Replacements, & Store Credit

Thank you for shopping with us. Our print-on-demand partners create each of our journals specifically for you, adding a personal touch to every order. Because of this, our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and rooted in care.

Damaged or Defective Journals

If your journal arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we’ve got you covered.

  • Please email us at support@mochalifestyle.com within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

  • Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage or defect.

  • Once confirmed, we’ll happily send you a replacement copy at no cost.

Since our journals are printed to order, we’re unable to offer refunds, but we will always replace items that arrive damaged or defective.

Not Quite What You Expected? Let’s Talk.

If your journal isn’t damaged or defective but you’re not fully satisfied, we still want to help.

  • Reach out to us by email within 7 days of delivery and let us know what’s going on.

  • If approved, you may return the journal in unused, original condition. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Once received, we may offer store credit (excluding original shipping) as a gesture of goodwill.

  • Returned journals approved under this option will be donated to a charitable cause, allowing your return to still do some good.

This option is handled on a case-by-case basis and helps us remain thoughtful while honoring the nature of made-to-order products.

A Few Important Notes

  • All returns or replacements must be initiated by emailing support@mochalifestyle.com before sending anything back.

  • Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

  • Personalized or custom items are not eligible for return or replacement unless damaged or defective.

  • Requests made after the 7-day window may not be eligible.
