Thank you for shopping with us. Each of our journals is printed especially for you using a print-on-demand process, which allows us to reduce waste and create each item with care. Please review the information below so you know exactly what to expect from order to delivery.

Where We Ship

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping.

How Our Shipping Works 

All physical products are made to order and fulfilled through our trusted print-on-demand partner. This means your journal is printed, bound, and prepared after your order is placed before it is shipped.

Because of this process, shipping timelines include both production time and transit time.

Processing & Production Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically sent to production within 1 business day of being placed.

  • Printing & Binding:
    Most journals require 3–5 business days to print and bind.

    • Hardcover journals may take slightly longer due to the binding and curing process.

    • During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions), production times may extend beyond average estimates.

Production times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Once production is complete, your order will ship using the delivery method selected at checkout.

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Shipping carriers deliver Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

  • Please allow additional transit time for:

    • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories

    • APO/FPO military addresses

    • P.O. Boxes (USPS delivery only)

In rare cases, delivery delays outside of our control—such as weather events, carrier disruptions, or address issues—may extend total delivery time.

Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.

  • If your shipping method includes tracking, your email will contain a tracking link.

  • Please note: tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment notification.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply.

Shipping Delays & Exceptions

While rare, some orders may experience extended delays due to:

  • Carrier service interruptions

  • Natural disasters

  • High-demand production periods

Damaged or Defective Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
